I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with all of your staff this Saturday. Emily was the last to go up for the day. She was then told it was too dark. While we were very tired and extremely disappointed, I have to say, very impressed that the first concern was for safety. It is a 4 hour drive from our house but both Justin and Emily say it is worth it because of your crew. Thank you and thanks to your wonderful crew. I just want to thank everybody at your facility! We jumped this past Saturday for our bachelor/bachelorette parties and we had an AWESOME time! Everybody was so nice especially James and Austin. Thank you for everything! Having the life sucked out of me by corporate IT for the past 9 years, serving in the Army before that and barely making ends meet before that almost pushed me to give up... Then my brother called to tell me he was going skydiving. My plan was to do a tandem jump and before I knew it, I was in the solo freefall class. Today, I jumped! I went on my first skydive last Friday and had the most amazing experience of my life! The flight to 10k feet was a blast with the pilot, Josh, and fellow diver! They made me laugh and eased the nervousness of "jumping out of a perfectly good airplane"! Everyone on staff that stayed on the ground was equally great. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and part of the family. Many thanks to Cindy, Josh, and the rest of TSC staff for an incredible time. I brought my fiance to skydive for her birthday, and it was a first time for both of us. Driving up to the DZ was a bit scary and didn't seem like a place to be skydiving as much as a place to grow some corn. Our concerns were soon subdued when we met the staff. Tim Bourne and I are pastors at Genesis Metro Church and we decided that if we were going to ask our people to get to the edge of themselves, trust God and "jump" then we should be willing to do the same. I can't begin to describe the experience I had this past weekend...The jumps themselves were incredible. The AFF class with Ben was as much entertaining as it was educational. By the end of the first day, I felt like I've known him for a long time. All the other staff was equally as warm and inviting as well.
