Show Directions From Austin
(If you’re coming up I-35, use exit 238 to get on 290. Do not use the exit marked “290 east” that is in south Austin at Ben White!)
Or you can take Parmer or 183 south to Manor and then turn left on 290. Or you can take 2222 east out of town and stay on it until it becomes 290.
Stay on 290 for about 20-25 minutes, through Elgin, then another 3 miles. You’ll see a flashing yellow light and a Mobil station on your left. Take a left at the light, onto Rt. 696 east.
Stay on 696 about 20 min., until the road ends at a T-intersection in Lexington. Then, there are a few turns in Lexington to get to us:
At the T-intersection, turn right and go about a mile to the Stop sign. Turn right at the stop, and go another mile. You’ll see a “50 mph” sign and our blue-and-white sign on your right and a “Lexington Cemetery” sign on your left.
Take an immediate left. You’ll be at an intersection with a flashing red light.
Go straight through the intersection, for 2 miles. We’re on the right.
There is a sign, and you’ll see the fuel tanks near the road and the orange cones on the power lines. Turn right into our gravel driveway.
In case you get off-track in Lexington, we’re on 696, so just find the one and only flashing light in Lexington, turn east on 696, and go 2 miles.

If you reach Rt. 77 and the blinking light in Lexington, you’ve gone too far, so turn around and go back 2.1 miles east on 696, and this time we’ll be on the right.

In Giddings, take Rt. 77 north toward Lexington and Rockdale. Lexington is just 15 min. north of Giddings.
At the flashing light on Rt. 77, in Lexington, turn right onto FM 696, heading east. Go 2 miles and turn right into our gravel driveway. You’ll see our sign on the right; you’ll also see the fuel tanks near the road and the orange cones on the power lines.

At the intersection of Rt. 95, head south toward Taylor.
At Taylor, take Rt. 112 south toward Thrall and Lexington. Stay on Rt. 112 all the way into Lexington, which is the town we’re in. At the first Stop sign in Lexington, turn right and go another mile. You’ll see a “50 mph” sign and our white sign on your right. Immediately, take a left. You’ll be at an intersection with a flashing red light.
Go straight through the intersection, for 2 miles. We’re on the right.

Show Directions From Round Rock
As you approach Taylor, take the Taylor Loop and get off on Rt. 112, heading south and east toward Lexington. Stay on Rt. 112 for about 15 or 20 minutes, until Rt. 112 intersects with FM 696.
Once 112 has merged with FM 696, it’s less than 1 mile to Lexington. Then, there are a few turns in Lexington to get to us:
Turn right at the stop, and go 1 mile. You’ll see a “50 mph” and our blue-and-white sign on your right and a “Lexington Cemetery” sign on your left. Take an immediate left. You’ll be at an intersection with a flashing red light.

Directions From San Antonio
Go through Bastrop, for about 25 minutes. Be careful on Rt. 21 — there are 3 places where you have to turn in order to stay on Rt. 21. One of these occurs very soon after you get on Rt. 21 from I-35, and the other two occur around Bastrop.
Rt. 21 intersects with Rt. 77 about 25 min. east of Bastrop. Turn north on Rt. 77, toward Lexington.
It’s about 7 or 8 miles to Lexington. At the flashing yellow light, turn right on FM 696, heading east for 2 miles. We’re on the right.
There is a blue-and-white sign on the right, and you’ll see the fuel tanks near the road and the orange cones on the power lines. Turn right into our gravel driveway.

You can also get here from San Antonio by heading east on I-10, toward Houston, to Schulenburg. At Schulenburg, I-10 intersects Rt. 77. Go north on Rt. 77, through LaGrange and Giddings. Fifteen minutes north of Giddings is Lexington.
At the blinking light in Lexington, turn right (east) on FM 696. We’re 2 miles on the right.
